Your evening begins at 6:30pm with a whisky-based welcome cocktail in our Cocktail Bar, setting the tone for a night of indulgence. At 7:00pm, you’ll be seated to enjoy a beautifully paired five course meal, crafted by our Head Chef, to enhance and complement the rich, complex flavours of Highland Park's legendary single malts. Each course will be expertly paired with four remarkable whiskies: the timeless Highland Park 12, the refined 15, the prestigious 18 year old and a show-stopping surprise whisky to finish the night in style.

Throughout the evening, Highland Park’s Brand Ambassador, Michael Green, will guide you through each whisky, sharing captivating stories, insights and the rich history behind Highland Park’s renowned casks. In addition to the whisky pairings, a glass of wine will accompany your meal and you'll take home an exclusive Highland Park glass as a keepsake of this special event.
